A few weeks ago I had the honor of assisting the international photographer Michael Scorr on his shoot for Irish designer Claire O’Connor.
This is the first post of my documentation of what was a very long but rewarding day. We set up camp in the parking lot at Sandymount beach where model Emma Connell got her hair and make-up done. The first look was then shot on the beach before climbing up the rocks to prep and shoot look no. two which was right next to the car by a giant white art piece. I have no idea what else to call it.
In-between each of these looks we warmed ourselves with the tartan blankets and coffee from a nearby van shop. This was a necessity after being frozen by the strong sea breeze. Worth it though.
I’ll leave it at that as part two will be up tomorrow :)
Until next time,
