The September Issue

So, here is the first real post to my blog…

As all my dear friends annoying know, I have had a love of taking photos for a very, very long time. It was originally just documenting my mischievity and was by no means anything of an artistic nature. I have always loved art, which has, for a long time, made me want to turn this photo documentation into something more.

Right now the photos i do take are mainly used as a severe memory aid for nights out along with capturing moments in life i wish to remember (but mainly the first one, they make for a great morning after the night before, ha). Hopefully in time ill develop the craft that will allow me to create great images and capture the simple things in life that make me happy. Maybe this blog will help me to achieve such but more  importantly for now it will give me a validating reason for procrastination, an act i can now claim to be ‘research’, which is essential for any successfully interesting blog. (College is starting up soon after all and what for pete’s sake else am i meant to get up too when it does? Study? HAHA, ha..a.. ah ok yes i should, but this seems like a far more logical sense of reasoning.)

Anywho, to hopefully start this blog with something of some amusement and interest (so its not a complete irrelevant rant on my behalf) I have decided to do a wee photo project for the entire month of September. It is pretty much as simple as that; each day and everyday of September i shall take a photo and upload it to my album ‘The September Issue‘. (What a ridiculously unique name for an album eh, my creative juices are just flowing like a fish in a river!)

So without further ado, here is the photo for day one of this project. It is the first September Sunrise…

Until next time,
