These are the photos I submitted for my first ever photo competition. How exciting

Have to admit, competitions some what freak me out. I tend to criticize and see so many flaws in my own work it scares me to be putting it up for others to do the same. I guess that’s how to grow as an artist however, so shall try do more

I took these as quick as I could in my break between college and work. The themes for this year’s competition were:
- Urban vs. Nature
- Recycling
- Pollution vs. Environment

Why i put daffodills in a gutter is because I love nature and think it is beautiful. Our environment is where we live so we must treat it well, with respect, and gracious understanding. My photo is to remind people that under the concrete of our urban world still lies the natural earth we must respect. We can all do somthing which helps, no matter how small. RECYCLE please, and all that jazz

Obviously I’d love to win, it would mean the world to me and would be so thankful for your vote . Iv put so much time into photo milark these semesters, it would be lovely to have not failed epicly in college for nothing
